Brian Rogers
Senior Director of Prefabrication
As Senior Director of Prefabrication, Brian Rogers is dedicated to ensuring each team member’s success by developing and refining processes that produce consistent, high-quality results. With over 22 years in the industry, Brian joined TCM because of the company’s strong commitment to its people—and because he was excited to work on innovative, cutting-edge projects.
Outside of work, Brian finds adventure in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, where he enjoys backpacking. At home, he’s a proud dad and the biggest fan of his four boys, supporting them at wrestling tournaments, band concerts, soccer matches, mountain biking races, and baseball games.
Musa Jadoon
Designer
As a Designer at TCM, Musa Jadoon focuses on the seamless integration of panelized metal stud systems into ongoing projects. He was drawn to TCM for its emphasis on people—valuing employees, consultants, and clients alike. With the company’s growth, Musa sees tremendous opportunities for learning and personal development.
Musa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Edinburgh University, a Master of Design Research from Berlin University, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M. Bringing nearly a decade of experience in architecture, his background includes a blend of professional practice, teaching, and management.
Outside of work, Musa pushes his limits through regular jiu-jitsu training and competition, finds balance through yoga and meditation, and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, and paddling with his family. He’s passionate about learning, problem-solving, and constantly seeking growth in all aspects of life.
Scott Cutter
Machine Operator
Scott Cutter is a Machine Operator at TCM, where he provides high-quality, custom materials to support field operations. With 15 years of experience as a lead machinist, Scott has honed his skills in machining since moving to the area 15 years ago. He joined TCM to build a long-term career with a company that values training and growth, aligning with his commitment to professional development.
When he’s not at work, Scott enjoys spending time with his three young children, making the most of family life outside of his busy role at TCM.
Raeven Buttel
Estimating Project Coordinator
Raeven Buttel serves as an Estimating Project Coordinator at TCM, where she brings a diverse background that started with hands-on experience as a laborer, progressing into framing and drywall, and now excelling in estimating coordination. She was drawn to TCM for the opportunity to grow and develop her skills, a journey that now spans nearly six years.
Outside of work, Raeven takes advantage of the summer months to enjoy the outdoors, travel, play pool, hike, and spend quality time with family. She’s also passionate about lending a hand to friends and family on various projects, always eager to help where she can.
Christiane Martin
Chris Smith
Project Coordinator Chris Smith has been a valued member of our TCM team for almost a decade. Starting with 7 years working with our crew in the field, transitioning to our panel plant for almost 2 years, and then moving into the office side of things in his current position, Chris has cultivated a wealth of invaluable experience spanning different areas of the industry.
As project coordinator, Chris prepares new projects for our field team and ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly. His coworkers are one of his favorite parts of his job, and he loves the positive attitude they model as they strive to produce the best possible work together.
Off the clock, Chris enjoys hanging out with friends and watching movies or football.
Garrett Owens
Garrett Owens brings over half a decade of construction experience to his position as a Project Coordinator at TCM. Having worked on both residential projects and large, complex contractor jobs, Garrett has a well-rounded view of the industry and an intimate understanding of project flow.
He loves learning the ins and outs of each new project and anticipating its unique challenges. TCM’s focus on excellence, trustworthiness, and people-first approach are values that Garrett shares and a big part of what he loves about working with our team.
When he’s not working, Garrett can be found fishing, spending time with his wife and their dogs, or working on fitness and health goals.
James Singleton
James Singleton is a dedicated Project Manager at TCM Enterprises, bringing a strong background in both residential and commercial general contracting. James earned his degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, which equipped him with a blend of technical and managerial expertise. His commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail make him a key player in every project he undertakes at TCM.
Known for his preparedness and enthusiasm, James thrives on the challenges that each new project brings. He deeply values the camaraderie he shares with his coworkers, which enhances his passion for delivering successful outcomes.
Outside of work, James is a hands-on enthusiast who enjoys tackling weekend projects, maintaining his property, and caring for his chickens. A devoted family man, he spends his free time doing CrossFit and cherishing moments with his wife and daughter.
John Sainsbury
John is one of our talented Project Managers. With a degree in business management and over 30 years of experience in construction, he has completed projects in Florida and Arkansas, including custom residential homes and commercial construction. One thing he enjoys about his position at TCM is getting to learn new things that he can apply to future projects, and he appreciates the team of guys he gets to work with here.
In his spare time, John loves traveling, goes to Razorback games, and hangs out with his 4 boys and his beautiful wife of 37 years.
Nichole Sanabria
With more than 10 years of experience in office admin and management, Nichole Sanabria is our incredibly effective and organized Head of Human Resources. At TCM, we prioritize a people-first focus with respect to our clients and our team, and Nichole plays a key role in supporting our people.
She loves that TCM is a family-oriented business with strong core values at the heart of everything we do. She enjoys connecting with the team and modeling those core values by ensuring everyone is equipped, encouraged, and included. An efficient organizer and great listener, we’re grateful to have Nichole in such a pivotal role on our team.
Chris Lindsay
Chris joined the TCM team in 2017 and does an excellent job building strong relationships with our customers and solving potential issues before they become a problem on a job site. Chris helps out with a lot of the pre-construction processes, like looking for new projects and managing some of TCM’s smaller projects. Chris loves being a part of the TCM team because of the company’s focus on working hard, taking care of our customers, and completing projects efficiently and profitably.
A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Chris attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, in Savannah, Georgia, and loves anything to do with the outdoors and having fun with his kids!
James Woodward
James began as a Project Manager in June 2015 and is now a Construction Quality Control Manager. His responsibilities include managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities company-wide to ensure that all projects are constructed in accordance with the established standards.
James is an NWA native from Springdale, AR, and attended NWACC and Northwest Arkansas Technical Institute. A constant learner, James loves to read “how-to” books, as well as spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, and hunting.
He views the opportunity to work with different people and make a positive difference in our community as one of the most rewarding aspects of the job. In his own words, “I really believe TCM is unique in how we always strive to meet the needs of our customers and our level of commitment to do high-quality work.”
Joey Woesch
Joey began as a Project Manager in 2019 and quickly worked his way to Senior Project Manager in 2021. He is dedicated to ensuring that projects run smoothly and exceed expectations. Joey is a strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and strategic in his work style.
Joey enjoys several outdoor sports, such as boating, fishing, riding ATVs, and target shooting.
Carey Bowerman
Carey has been with TCM since March of 2010 and is also a proud NWA native. A graduate of Fayetteville High School, Carey loves spending his free time hunting, fishing, and being with his grandchildren.
When asked what he likes most about working with TCM, Carey says, “It is really very simple – our people make us the best!”
Jud Couch
Having been with the company over ten years now, Jud has been a stellar estimator since he joined the team in 2008. Jud’s favorite part of the job is being able to bid and budget for new projects in the area and being able to point to a project and say, “We built that!” while driving around town with family or friends.
Jud originally hails from Hot Springs, Arkansas, but made his trek up north to NWA while attending the University of Arkansas for his undergrad and graduate degrees. In his free time, he loves to support the Razorbacks, golf, fish, and raise his three-year-old daughter.
Heath Rheay
With a career spanning nearly three decades in the AEC industry, Heath demonstrates proficiency and leadership in delivering preconstruction services for some of the region’s most notable projects. His educational background, including a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas A&M and a Master of Business Administration from Centenary College, further solidifies his qualifications.
Heath holds his family close to his heart and draws inspiration from them. This personal connection contributes to his dedication and passion for the work he does. He enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, and cycling. Heath’s excitement about joining the TCM team is evident through his enthusiasm for a workplace that values innovation, integrity, and positively impacting individuals and communities.
Tomas Martinez Silva
Amber Godwin
Amber Godwin is a dedicated Project Administrator at TCM, where they expertly manage project contracts from execution through to completion. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Amber ensures the seamless facilitation of contract execution, efficient processing of change orders, and thorough completion of project closeouts.
Before joining TCM, she transitioned from the corporate world, relocating from Wisconsin to Northwest Arkansas (NWA) in 2021. Amber brings a wealth of experience, boasting a 15-year background in Vendor Management and the oversight of Software and Cybersecurity Contracts for Fortune 500 companies.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending quality time with their husband, relaxing in the sun while floating in the pool, attending concerts, and cheering on their favorite college and professional sports teams. Amber looks forward to coming to work every day and is proud to be part of the TCM team that consistently delivers high-quality work from start to finish on all projects.
Michel Martinez
Field Operations Coordinator
Michel Martinez brings four years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Field Operations Coordinator at TCM Enterprises. Drawn to TCM by its reputation as one of the top subcontractors in Northwest Arkansas, Michel values the company’s commitment to taking care of its people both on and off the job. He is passionate about building strong relationships with colleagues and partners alike.
Outside of work, Michel enjoys spending quality time with his family, grilling, and staying active in sports—especially soccer, his favorite.
Henry Barahona
Henry Barahona serves as an Estimating Coordinator at TCM Enterprises, where he brings a fresh perspective and a strong commitment to innovation and teamwork. With six months of experience in the industry, Henry is eager to contribute to TCM’s mission of making a tangible impact through its projects and products.
Henry was drawn to TCM Enterprises due to its reputation for treating employees like family and fostering an environment that values innovation and creative problem-solving. The company’s emphasis on teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning aligns perfectly with Henry’s own values and commitment to lifelong learning. He appreciates TCM’s investment in employee growth through mentorship, training programs, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
Outside of work, Henry is a nature wanderer and avid nature photographer, capturing the beauty of the outdoors through his camera lens. He enjoys the thrill of gaming, particularly in virtual football fields in Madden and FIFA, and is a passionate fan of combat sports, including UFC fights and boxing matches. His curiosity about new technologies and love for reading thought-provoking literature keep him constantly engaged with the latest advancements and ideas.
Above all, Henry cherishes the moments spent with his daughter, creating memories and nurturing her wonder. His dedication to both his professional and personal life makes him a valuable and dynamic member of the TCM Enterprises team.
Jessica Rochelle
I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in studio art that I received from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I have experience as an inventory manager, a social media assistant and photographer at ASU-Beebe, and a data entry specialist at the Arkansas Department of Transportation. I am now the office administrator for TCM. My hobbies include photography, hiking, and working out at the gym. I enjoy being apart of the TCM team because everyone I work with values one another and makes you feel welcome. It truly is a team environment where we all work together to ensure our goals are met with excellence.
Mikal Thomas
Mikal Thomas works as one of our Prefabrication Managers here at TCM. His education includes welding school and a degree in business management, and he has experience in manufacturing, commercial construction, and welding. When thinking about what TCM offers to NWA, he says our innovative panel-building process opens up a lot of opportunities for projects in our area.
When he’s not working, Mikal appreciates fishing, family time, and cheering on his three children in their different sports.
Amber Routheaux
Amber Routheaux is a Project Administrator at TCM Enterprises. She manages contracts, processes change orders and pay applications, and ensures project close out at completion. Amber has a 20-year background in vendor management and managing software and cybersecurity contracts for Fortune 500 companies so she is well versed in contract management. She left the corporate world in Wisconsin in 2021 and started with us. When asked why she is glad to be a part of TCM, she says, “I look forward to coming to work every day! The TCM team takes pride in providing high quality work from start to finish on all projects. I am proud to be a member of the TCM team!” And we are proud to have Amber’s attention to detail, thoroughness, and timeliness in supporting our projects.
Froylan Chavez
Froylan first started hanging drywall at the age of 17 with his family. After moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2006, Froylan started his career at TCM as a Field Supervisor and currently serves as a Field Operations Manager. His hobbies include spending time with his family, watching bull riding, music, and even singing.
Ashley Cummings
When Ashley reflects on what makes TCM stand out as a company, the quality of the work, pursuit of better methods, and her team are the most important to her: “TCM is constantly striving to be the best in the industry at what we do and finding improved ways of doing the standard. We are a leader in advancing our trade. Our team is the best and I am really excited to be helping grow our capabilities and reach throughout our community and beyond.”
She has worked for Ameripolish where she toured 10 states in the southeast to train contractors how to polish concrete, ACCI as a project manager, and an Arkansas general contractor in their preconstruction and business development department. At home she is married with two children, Bronson who is 11 and Ellie who is 5. Her family is all about enjoying the great outdoors and being active and most of her time at home is spent going to the kid’s games, practices, or playing outside.
Gene Oberlander
Gene has been working in the construction industry for more than 20 years as Project Manager, Superintendent, and Owner’s Representative. He is excited about joining a team that emphasizes work/life balance and is a large part of their regional community. Gene has a BS in Construction Management from Ferris State University.
He enjoys hiking, biking, working with his hands, downhill skiing, axe throwing and bowling.
John Baham
John is a native of Washing Parish in Louisiana, and has spent the past 14 years working as a Mechanical Design Engineer. He went to school to do architectural work but ended up going down the mechanical route due to job availability. Getting back into architectural work with TCM and help design the buildings that will be used for generations to come excites him!
John enjoys reading and spending as much time as possible outdoors hunting and fishing.
Mike Butler
With over 30 years in construction, Mike Butler has experience to spare as he works as a Project Manager with us. He’s proud to work alongside a team that he says “shares the same outlook of hard work, integrity, and professionalism” as he oversees projects and ensures their timely completion.
Mike and his family enjoy traveling to see family all over the country. He and his wife enjoy doing all things outdoors including bow hunting, snowboarding, fly fishing, mountain biking, river floating, and boating.
Carlos Chavez
Carlos has extensive experience in a variety of contracting services such as steel windows and doors, glass, and aluminum. He’s now a Project Manager and is glad to be part of a great company culture with room for growth. He says, “I’ve seen how Jon has grown this company from a very small enterprise to what it is now, obviously with help from the rest of the team.”
He enjoys spending time with his, in his own words, “beautiful wife” and 3 kids while also mountain biking and playing tennis in his spare time.
Kim Lyons
An Arkansas native, Kim Lyons says he enjoys working in TCM’s fantastic work environment. He works as a Project Coordinator and upholds our strong emphasis in customer service as he keeps the project moving forward and smoothes over setbacks in stride.
Outside of work, Kim likes to go bass fishing, design house plans, and spend time with his grandsons.
Rafael Chavez
After receiving his degree in Urbanism and Social Sciences, Rafael gained experience in commercial construction management and is now a Project Coordinator with us. Rafael orders supplies and ensures their timely arrival while also checking that projects are on schedule. TCM Enterprises is the right place for him because he is passionate about collaborating on projects and growing both personally and professionally while working as a team to create great things.
He enjoys reading and spending time outside with his family and dogs.
Jerrod Ashmore
Jerrod joined the team back in 2012 as a Foreman and recently became a Project Coordinator then Project Manager. He’s been in the metal framing business since 1995 and still enjoys each and every day.
What he loves about working for TCM is the enjoyment of seeing the completion of a project and problem-solving any challenges along the way. He enjoys learning something new and never stops learning. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and sports with his kids.
Bob Brush
Bob joined TCM in 2013, starting as an Estimator/ Project Manager. As TCM has grown, he converted into a full-time Project Manager. Bob brings experience and knowledge to better the TCM team. Bob’s hobbies include anything outdoors. He enjoys grilling, camping, and hiking. Bob is passionate about jamming acoustical music with friends and family.
Adam Wiggins
Adam joined TCM in 2014 and feels that the most rewarding part of his job is being able to work on buildings and projects that become part of the Northwest Arkansas community. Having graduated from Farmington High School and now raising his own kids in the area, he loves that he is able to both improve his own community and show his kids the projects he is working on. In his free time, Adam enjoys sports, video games, reading, and has a passion for writing!
When asked about working with TCM, Adam said “because we are allowed to make our own choices and decisions on a project, we tend to go the extra mile to see things through efficiently. We have an owner who places his trust in the people he hires.”
Jeffrey Nickerson
Jeffrey joined TCM in 2019 and started in Labor. He’s recently moved to become a Project Coordinator.
His day to day includes answering phone calls, ordering material, and visiting job sites to make sure everything is going as planned.
Jeffrey says, “Working for TCM offers a wide range of opportunities. There is room to grow within the company – even if you start off as labor you can move up. I like how TCM is family oriented. ” He is an example of just that. His hobbies include weight lifting, riding horses and hunting.
Astri Perez
Astri joined the team in 2020, and we’re thrilled to have her on board!
Astri helps employees throughout the day and makes sure everyone is taken care of. She makes a positive difference in our company every single day. When she is not at the office her favorite pastimes include writing and dancing.

Pratt Lipe
Pratt has been with the company since July 2017 and helps the TCM team by making regular visits to the job sites to ensure our people in the field have what they need and the work is progressing as it should. Pratt is proud of the fact that when general contractors know we are on a job, they don’t have to micromanage our work. We handle all of the details, from the smallest to the largest, allowing them to focus on other parts of the job.
Pratt is a native of Grenada, Mississippi, and attended Mississippi Delta Community College, Holmes Community College, the University of Southern Mississippi, and the University of New Orleans. He loves anything outdoors, has won multiple state titles in archery, and is a Free Mason!
Shane Schielein
Shane joined the TCM team in October 2016. Shane helps the team by creating schedules, training and mentoring new and existing team members, tracking job site progress, and establishing best practices for field leadership. In his own words, he loves working with TCM because “construction is part of the American story and heritage – the idea of working together to build something special.”
Shane graduated from Dunlap High School, in Illinois before going through the carpenters’ union apprenticeship program. He is passionate about hiking, particularly in the Pacific Northwest region and woodworking!
Beth Johnson
Beth joined the TCM team in June of 2015. Beth manages all office activities and assists our Project Managers with their paperwork, job costs, and billing. Needless to say, Beth helps us all stay organized and able to focus on getting all of our projects done well. Beth is a U of A Alum with a degree in Environmental Science & Biology. In her free time, she loves to read and to be outside gardening, playing with her dogs, and practicing her marksmanship.
When asked about what makes working for TCM special, Beth said “I love that all across Northwest Arkansas, I see businesses, hospitals, schools, entertainment/athletic venues, restaurants, and other buildings that TCM had a part in building.”
