BIM Manager
Sonny Thompson is a Senior BIM Modeler with more than 25 years of experience in computer-aided drafting and design (CADD) across multiple industries. He is known for his leadership, technical expertise, and ability to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and compliant solutions. Sonny works closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to successfully guide projects from concept to completion. Outside of work, Sonny enjoys hiking, gaming, and spending time with his wife and four sons.
Prefabrication Manager
Coby Greiner graduated from Arkansas State University, where he played collegiate baseball, an experience that helped shape his strong work ethic, teamwork, and leadership skills. He has been around construction for most of his life, working alongside his father while growing up and throughout high school, which sparked an early interest in the industry and gave him a solid foundation in the trades. Originally from Bryant, Arkansas, Coby moved to Fayetteville after graduating, along with his wife. He began his professional career in residential remodeling, gaining hands-on experience before arriving at TCM. Coby values the opportunity to build on his construction background while contributing to TCM’s team-oriented culture. Outside of work, Coby enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with his wife.
Director of Prefabrication
Experienced operations and plant management leader with over 20 years in production, manufacturing, and logistics. Proven track record overseeing large-scale facilities with up to 450 employees, driving operational efficiency, safety compliance, and profitability. Skilled in strategic planning, production scheduling, regulatory compliance, and team development. As a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas and a NWA resident for more than two decades. Joseph currently lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Karrie, three kids, Sawyer, Tallulah & Ivy, and two dogs. When he’s not cheering on his kids at one of their many sporting events, he can be found boating on Beaver Lake, hunting, fishing or calling the Hogs at any of the Razorback sporting events!
Accounting Manager
Dixie has been employed as the Accounting Manager with TCM since March 2025. Originally from Florida, she has made Northwest Arkansas her permanent home. With over a decade of accounting experience, Dixie’s background spans Accounts Receivable and Payable, cost code management, and general ledger accounting. She is driven by cost-saving initiatives and streamlining antiquated processes, believing that nothing is more rewarding than an efficient system fueled by a well-written SOP. Dixie was compelled to join the TCM team based on its core values and is proud to see them lived out daily through a culture rooted in trust, excellence, and genuine care for people. When Dixie isn’t cutting checks or brainstorming efficiencies, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, getting lost in a good book, writing, riding horses, hiking, crafting, and cooking.
Machine Operator
Scott Cutter is a Machine Operator at TCM, where he provides high-quality, custom materials to support field operations. With 15 years of experience as a lead machinist, Scott has honed his skills in machining since moving to the area 15 years ago. He joined TCM to build a long-term career with a company that values training and growth, aligning with his commitment to professional development. When he’s not at work, Scott enjoys spending time with his three young children, making the most of family life outside of his busy role at TCM.
Estimating Project Coordinator
Raeven Buttel serves as an Estimating Project Coordinator at TCM, where she brings a diverse background that started with hands-on experience as a laborer, progressing into framing and drywall, and now excelling in estimating coordination. She was drawn to TCM for the opportunity to grow and develop her skills, a journey that now spans nearly six years.
Outside of work, Raeven takes advantage of the summer months to enjoy the outdoors, travel, play pool, hike, and spend quality time with family. She’s also passionate about lending a hand to friends and family on various projects, always eager to help..
Field Operations Coordinator
Michel Martinez brings four years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Field Operations Coordinator at TCM Enterprises. Drawn to TCM by its reputation as one of the top subcontractors in Northwest Arkansas, Michel values the company’s commitment to taking care of its people both on and off the job. He is passionate about building strong relationships with colleagues and partners alike. Michel enjoys spending quality time with his family, grilling, and staying active in sports—especially soccer, his favorite.
Project Manager
Eriks Zvers rejoined TCM Enterprises, attracted by the company’s innovative approach and clear vision for the future. With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Eriks began his career as a carpenter’s apprentice in Milwaukee, WI, advancing to journeyman carpenter and subsequently taking on various leadership roles. He and his wife moved to Arkansas in 2014, where he initially worked with TCM for a year before transitioning to another company.
Eriks is passionate about TCM’s dynamic and forward-thinking environment, where creativity and collaboration are highly encouraged. He admires TCM’s commitment to excellence, outstanding client value, and the company’s emphasis on professional growth, work-life balance, and a supportive workplace culture. These values, along with the company’s treatment of employees, played a significant role in his decision to return to TCM.
Outside of work, Eriks enjoys cooking, traveling with his wife, exploring new restaurants, and binge-watching entertaining shows. He also likes working on home projects, reading, biking, hiking, going on floats, and has recently taken up fly fishing, which has become a favorite pastime.

Chris Smith has been a valued member of our TCM team for almost a decade. Starting with 7 years working with our crew in the field, transitioning to our panel plant for almost 2 years, and then moving into the office side of things in his current position, Chris has cultivated a wealth of invaluable experience spanning different areas of the industry.
As project manager, Chris prepares new projects for our field team and ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly. His coworkers are one of his favorite parts of his job, and he loves the positive attitude they model as they strive to produce the best possible work together. Off the clock, Chris enjoys hanging out with friends and watching movies or football.

Garrett Owens brings over half a decade of construction experience to his position as a Project Manager at TCM. Having worked on both residential projects and large, complex contractor jobs, Garrett has a well-rounded view of the industry and an intimate understanding of project flow.
He loves learning the ins and outs of each new project and anticipating its unique challenges. TCM’s focus on excellence, trustworthiness, and people-first approach are values that Garrett shares and a big part of what he loves about working with our team. When he’s not working, Garrett can be found fishing, spending time with his wife and their dogs, or working on fitness and health goals.

With a career spanning nearly three decades in the AEC industry, Heath demonstrates proficiency and leadership in delivering preconstruction services for some of the region’s most notable projects. His educational background, including a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas A&M and a Master of Business Administration from Centenary College, further solidifies his qualifications.
Heath holds his family close to his heart and draws inspiration from them. This personal connection contributes to his dedication and passion for the work he does. He enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, and cycling. Heath’s excitement about joining the TCM team is evident through his enthusiasm for a workplace that values innovation, integrity, and positively impacting individuals and communities.

James Singleton is a dedicated Project Manager at TCM Enterprises, bringing a strong background in both residential and commercial general contracting. James earned his degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, which equipped him with a blend of technical and managerial expertise. His commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail make him a key player in every project he undertakes at TCM.
Known for his preparedness and enthusiasm, James thrives on the challenges that each new project brings. He deeply values the camaraderie he shares with his coworkers, which enhances his passion for delivering successful outcomes.
Outside of work, James is a hands-on enthusiast who enjoys tackling weekend projects, maintaining his property, and caring for his chickens. A devoted family man, he spends his free time doing CrossFit and cherishing moments with his wife and daughter.

Chief Estimator
Having been with the company over ten years now, Jud has been a stellar estimator since he joined the team in 2008. Jud’s favorite part of the job is being able to bid and budget for new projects in the area and being able to point to a project and say, “We built that!” while driving around town with family or friends. Jud originally hails from Hot Springs, Arkansas, but made his trek up north to NWA while attending the University of Arkansas for his undergrad and graduate degrees. In his free time, he loves to support the Razorbacks, golf, fish, and raise his three-year-old daughter.
Vice President of Operations
Joey began as a Project Manager in 2019 and quickly worked his way to Senior Project Manager in 2021. He is dedicated to ensuring that projects run smoothly and exceed expectations. Joey is a strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and strategic in his work style. Joey enjoys several outdoor sports, such as boating, fishing, riding ATVs, and target shooting.
Senior Estimator
Chris joined the TCM team in 2017 and does an excellent job building strong relationships with our customers and solving potential issues before they become a problem on a job site. Chris helps out with a lot of the preconstruction processes, like looking for new projects and managing some of TCM’s smaller projects. Chris loves being a part of the TCM team because of the company’s focus on working hard, taking care of our customers, and completing projects efficiently and profitably.
A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Chris attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, in Savannah, Georgia, and loves anything to do with the outdoors and having fun with his kids!
Safety Director
Carey has been with TCM since March of 2010 and is also a proud NWA native. A graduate of Fayetteville High School, Carey loves spending his free time hunting, fishing, and being with his grandchildren. When asked what he likes most about working with TCM, Carey says, “It is really very simple – our people make us the best!”
