Emery Sapp & Sons Springdale Office

Emery Sapp & Sons opened another office in Springdale, AR in 2022. What started as a one man and one piece of equipment in 1972 has turned into a well-seasoned company in excavation, grading, asphalt and concrete paving, underground utilities, and bridge construction operating in five states. The 22,000 square foot Northwest Arkansas office for Emery Sapp and Sons located in Springdale has space for 55 offices, 4 conference rooms, a large war room, surveying team space, common areas, and an outdoor patio. The state of the art 16,000 square foot shop located next door includes 5 pull through work bays, office space, break rooms, and a wash bay. All office and field employees now conveniently share one building, streamlining operations and providing easy access to additional resources and support.
